Security Advantage

What security suite requires the user to hold up a badge in front of their monitor in order to log-on?

I have seen this once before, and before logging on the user stands in front of their computer monitor while it blinks and flashes a bunch. Somehow this allows them to gain access. I have mainly seem this in investing firms, and companies who deal with large amounts of money. Does anyone know what this software or security suite is? Thanks, J.
