How can i tell the difference between a normal security tag and an ink security tag?

I have a dress i'm supposed to be wearing to a party friday night and i really don't have time to go back to the store and ask them to take out the security tag they left in. if it's an ink security tag, i'll go back to the store and ask them to take it out because i don't want ink all over my dress, but if it's a normal security tag i'd rather just take it out myself (how do i do that?!)

1. You really need to just take the time and go to the store with your receipt and have them remove it. Even if it's not an ink security tag, you will rip a hole in your dress trying to get it off (I know this for sure from experience!). Just make sure you have your receipt, or they may not do it.
2. i was told they all have ink in them sorry....
3. Just have them take it off, This happened to me and I tried to pry the thing off. Luckily it wasn't an ink tag, but from my attempts there was an unsightly pin hole in the dress. Id really advise taking it in, especially if you have the receipt.
