2. it depends on who you are its not much, but there are alot of skin-heads (rasict killers) in Saint Petersburg and moscow may not be the best place for people of other nationalities.. but its not like terrible. just stay with a group of people and im sure you will be fine. even if you are alone, just try not to go into dark alleys (in st.petersburg many alleys have dead-ends)
3. they are all pretty safe places . just watch out for gypsys. they r lil cheats.
