Security cameras at the park and ride?

Does anybody know if there are security cameras at the park and ride in Fullerton? The address is 3000 w. Orangethorpe, Fullerton, CA. If so, who could I contact for the Park and Ride? My dad's car was hit while parked, and we want video footage because the person that was caught is denying his car hit my dad's car. However we have the license plate. People are dumb and idiots in this country!
