How to get rid of the security alerts pop up thingy on windows Vista?

I guess windows doesn't agree with how I want my security settings to be! Each time I start up windows, on the explorer bar, the security alert ballon will pop up, and tell me to check my security settings. Its because I turned off User Account Control ( I am the admin). Is there a way to end the annoying pop up each time I turn on the computer?
