What system do I buy for stream security cameras online?

I own 2 fast food restaurants. I have cameras in place, hooked up to some monitors. I bought these locations with them already installed. How would I go about getting these cameras to stream over the internet and possibly record? I had DSL routers at both locations.

1. You need to buy a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) which will both record the cameras (when there is movement) and allow you to watch them over the Internet.
