Can you give me activities and strategies to promote awareness of personal safety for children?

Hi can you please help me! Can you give me activities and strategies to promote awareness of personal safety and for building up self esteem in children. Can you please give me them in these age groups: 0-3 years, 3-5 years, 5-7 years, 7-11 years and 11-16 years. This would be most appreciated. Thank You.
