Is there any way for me to hack the security cameras at the bar where I work?

I think one of the bartenders I work with is pocketing the tips we are supposed to pool.

if the cameras are there to monitor activity then you don't have to hack them, just ask the manager or whoever has access to the "tapes" to review them for anything you might want them to look for.

You are getting the meaning of the word "hack" confused. Hack is actually a clever answer to solve a problem. Hack is never supposed to be assiciated with malicious behavior. Ask the bartender in question directly, then if you still suspect something, talk to the manager.
Check with your boss. If this is going on he needs to know, and he will be able to check. If you 'hack' them, then you become the criminal. Be careful.
